Shari'a Supervisory Board Oversight

رقابة هيئة الرقابة الشرعية

All institutional solutions offered by Al Amal Investment Company KSCC are structured in accordance with Islamic principles, overseen by our independent internal Shari'a Supervisory Board. We offer Shari'a-compliant asset management, private equity, real estate, and sukuk portfolios across all institutional mandates.

Our Shari'a compliance framework applies at the portfolio level, ensuring that each individual holding and instrument within an institutional mandate meets our rigorous screening criteria.

Our Screening Process Includes:

  • Screening of all investments for Shari'a compliance, covering equity business activities, revenue sources, and debt ratios.

  • Prohibition of interest-based (riba) instruments, including conventional bonds, derivatives, and credit structures.

  • Annual Shari'a compliance certificate issued for each institutional mandate by the Shari'a Supervisory Board.

  • Purification calculation and reporting for any incidental non-compliant income within a mandate.
