All residential real estate investments are structured in accordance with Islamic principles, overseen by our internal Shari'a Supervisory Board. We use Shari'a-compliant structures such as Ijara (leasing), Musharaka (partnership), and Wakala (agency).

An Islamic leasing structure where Al Amal acquires the property and leases it to the tenant. All proceeds are rental income — no interest involved.
A joint ownership and profit-sharing arrangement. Al Amal and co-investors share ownership of residential assets and proportionally distribute rental income and capital gains.
An agency structure where Al Amal acts as agent for investors, managing residential assets and generating returns in the form of performance fees, not interest.
All residential real estate structures are reviewed and approved by Al Amal's independent Shari'a Supervisory Board. Annual compliance certificates are issued for each property in the portfolio. The Board operates independently of Al Amal's management and investment teams.
