Al Amal is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Shari'a and the regulations of the Kuwait Capital Market Authority, Central Bank of Kuwait, and Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry. We encourage employees, clients, partners, and third parties to report any concerns regarding:
All reports are treated seriously and investigated promptly by the Compliance Department and, where appropriate, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
You may report anonymously. All information is kept strictly confidential and is accessible only by authorized Compliance and Audit Committee personnel.
Embezzlement, false accounting, bribery, kickbacks, money laundering
CMA Law No. 7/2010, CBK directives, Ministry of Commerce rules
Riba (interest), gharar (excessive uncertainty), investment in prohibited sectors
Harassment, discrimination, retaliation, abuse of authority
Undisclosed personal trading, related-party transactions, outside business activities

Al Amal guarantees strict confidentiality for all reports. Reports may be made anonymously. Al Amal prohibits retaliation against any individual who makes a good-faith report under CMA and CBK whistleblower regulations. Whistleblowers are protected under Kuwaiti law and Al Amal's internal policies. Access to reports is limited to authorized personnel in Compliance, Internal Audit, and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
