Our main focus is acquiring strategic investments in selective enterprises, industries, and investment vehicles seeking growth and capital appreciation — all in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Shari'a and the regulations of the Kuwait Capital Market Authority, Central Bank of Kuwait, and Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Al Amal. By continuing to use our website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Kuwaiti law.

These Terms of Use and your access to and use of our website shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kuwait — including the Capital Markets Law (Law No. 7 of 2010), the regulations and instructions of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), the directives of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK), the Kuwait Companies Law, and the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations — without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our website, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait City, State of Kuwait. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

Nothing in this Section shall limit Al Amal's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect Al Amal's rights, property, or interests.
